All our products are delivered either by Fedex or by Gati – our logistics partners. Products ordered from most of the major cities in the country are delivered within 2 days from the date of shipping. Both shipping and delivery take about 3-4 days for most of our products – anywhere in the country.

All the data given by our customers are handled with utmost care. The data is used only for delivering the ordered product and tracking the order till it is delivered to the customer. The email ids and the mobile numbers provided by registered customers are used for communicating new offers or promotional activities only. All transactions done in our website are 100% secure.

Ordering
Customers could follow the following steps to order:
1. Click on ‘Add to Cart’. One can change the quantity by replacing the number in the Qty column in the cart.
2. Click on ‘Proceed to Check Out’ and go to the next page
3. One could check out as a guest and as a registered customer as well. Choose any option you want and Continue
4. Fill in the Billing information. If the shipping address is different from the billing address or the ordered product is a gift, then enter the relevant address for delivery. Else choose the ‘Ship to this address option’
5. Choose the payment method. If Cash on delivery is chosen you would go to the ‘Place the Order Page’. If the option is Cards/Internet payment etc... please make the necessary payment and then proceed to place the order. At the end of the transaction you would get to see an order number and an email would be sent to your email provided in the order details.
Viewing Orders
As mentioned earlier the order details could be viewed in the confirmation mail we send to you at the end of the transaction. All the registered customers could see their orders by logging in to their account by using their login id and password.
